Labor ranges from $2.75–$3.25/sqft, including underlayment, basic subfloor prep, installation, and cleanup.
Costs increase with detailed cuts, such as those for door frames or baseboards. Want to save? Remove your own baseboards. Want it seamless? Let us handle everything from start to finish for a truly luxurious finish.
Subfloor Prep
Your floors are only as strong as the foundation beneath them. Simple patching and sanding may be all you need in some cases, but uneven concrete often requires a skim coat ($1–$2/sqft).
Heavily unlevel surfaces benefit from a full self-leveling treatment ($2.50–$4/sqft) that guarantees stability and protects your investment. Skipping prep might save now, but perfect prep saves you from costly repairs later.
Debris Disposal & Removal
We haul away debris and old flooring ($100–$300 depending on load size).
Want to save? Use your own trailer or arrange city bulk pickup.

Stair Installation

Dust & Cleaning

Baseboard Options
